Job summary

Ascension Health is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join a busy, well-respected practice supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network in Schaumburg, IL.

The role features a dedicated team of 5 physicians and 3 APPs with a rotating call structure. It is an outpatient, full-spectrum Family Medicine position serving patients from kids to adults, with excellent office support in a single convenient location.

Qualifications

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
