Title:Family Law Paralegal

Location:Fully Remote (with occasional in-office work as needed)

Compensation:$60,000–$75,000 per year, DOE

What You’ll Do:

• Draft family law pleadings, disclosures, discovery, and correspondence
• Prepare documents for hearings, mediations, and trials
• Manage case files, deadlines, and client communication
• Assist attorneys with trial prep, legal research, and calendaring
• Provide compassionate client support in sensitive family law matters

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum3 years of Arizona family law experience
• Strong knowledge of Arizona family law rules, procedures, and court filings
• Excellent drafting, organizational, and communication skills
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in legal case management software
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage a busy caseload
