The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of complex family law matters, including divorce, custody, and litigation. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring a minimum of five years of relevant experience.

As a Senior Family Law Attorney, your responsibilities will include

• Representing clients in all aspects of family law proceedings, including divorce, child custody, alimony, marital property division, and other related matters.
• Conducting thorough and thoughtful client interviews to understand their unique needs and goals.
• Developing and implementing effective legal strategies to achieve desired outcomes for our clients.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents, such as prenuptial agreements, divorce petitions, and custody agreements.
• Conducting and managing litigation, including preparing for and representing clients at trials, hearings, and mediation sessions.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in family law and advising clients accordingly.
• Collaborating with the firm's team of attorneys and support staff to ensure the highest level of client service.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
