About Children First Family Law, PC

Children First Family Law, PC (formerly known as Nash Family Law, PC), is a Colorado-based, forward-thinking, boutique law firm with a local market dominance and a national presence for its dedication to fostering flourishing rather than warfare in the messy and heartbreaking area of family law.

We focus on children first by taking on four different roles – attorney for best interests of children, attorney for one parent, mediator/arbitrator, and parenting-coordinator/decision-maker.

Because we are an intimate, focused practice, we offer flexibility and responsiveness that larger firms either cannot or choose not to embrace. We work remotely, believe truly in work/life balance, and strive to advocate well for children within a supportive, collaborative atmosphere.
