Role Description

This is a full-time, with options for a hybrid schedule, for a Family Law Attorney located in Nashua, NH. The Family Law Attorney will handle a variety of tasks including drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in court, participating in mediations, and managing family law cases from start to finish. The role also involves meeting with clients, providing legal counsel, and negotiating settlements.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Family Law, including handling legal issues related to divorce, parenting, and support
• Experience in drafting legal documents such as motions and petitions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Bar admission in New Hampshire
• Experience in collaborative law and mediation is a plus
