Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in the state, in good standing.
• 5+ years of family law experience with divorce, custody, and support.
• Strong courtroom presence and trial experience.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex legal and financial issues clearly to clients, courts, and opposing counsel.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, and spousal maintenance matters, from negotiation and mediation through trial.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, stipulations, parenting plans, and marital settlement agreements.
• Manage discovery, including depositions, and handle complex financial and custody disputes.
• Appear in state court for hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Advise clients on prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, property division, and related estate planning considerations.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state, in good standing
• 5+ years of family law experience, with a demonstrated track record handling divorce, custody, and support matters
• Strong courtroom presence and trial experience
• Excellent legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to synthesize complex legal and financial issues into clear terms for clients, courts, and opposing counsel
