Job summary

Orion Placement in Austin, TX seeks an attorney to represent clients in divorce and related family law matters. The role offers a full-time, on-site position with a structured training program to sharpen family law and courtroom skills.

Active Texas Bar license and 1+ years of family law or personal injury litigation experience are required. You will work closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment and grow through hands-on practice and client interaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in divorce, custody, support, modification, enforcement, and related family law matters.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, settlement documents, and other legal filings.
• Participate in hearings, mediations, negotiations, depositions, and courtroom proceedings.
• Develop case strategies while working closely with experienced attorneys and legal support professionals.
• Communicate directly with clients and guide them through emotionally and financially significant legal matters.
• Manage deadlines, case files, and litigation responsibilities with strong attention to detail.
• Complete our structured attorney training program and continue developing your family law and courtroom skills.
• Collaborate with the entire legal team to deliver responsive, strategic, and high-quality representation.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Note

Candidates must be actively licensed to practice law in Texas and have 1+ years of experience practicing family law or personal injury law. Personal injury attorneys should have meaningful courtroom or litigation experience and a genuine interest in transitioning into family law. A strong work ethic and team mentality are essential.
