Job summary

Orion Placement in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced family law attorney for a hybrid role. Represent clients in litigation from inception through resolution, including hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials, with support from an experienced team.

TX Bar license and at least 2 years of family law experience are required; strong litigation, negotiation, and client communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar license required.
• 2+ years of family law experience required.
• Courtroom experience is highly preferred.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple matters while providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle contested hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Develop litigation strategy and advocate effectively in court.
• Work closely with legal support staff to efficiently manage cases.
• Review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements while protecting clients' best interests.
• Build trusted relationships with clients through excellent communication and advocacy.
