Job summary

Jobot in Fremont, CA seeks a Family Law Associate to join our boutique firm on a hybrid basis. The role requires 3–5+ years of Family Law experience, CA admission, and a solid grasp of the CA Family Code. Expect a workload with 30 billable hours per week and a collaborative environment.

Salary ranges from $150,000 to $180,000 per year, plus benefits including health, dental, and vision, a 401(k) with employer matching, PTO and holiday pay, and malpractice insurance. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Family Law experience.
• Licensed to practice in California (CA).
• Understanding of CA Family Code and local court rules.
• Ability to maintain 30 billable hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and staff to ensure efficient case management.
