The role covers inception through resolution in family law matters, including contested litigation and trial, with a clear, long-term path to partnership and opportunities for advancement within a collaborative, client-centered firm.

Qualifications

• Experience in family law cases from inception to resolution.
• Ability to appear in court regularly with minimal supervision.
• Strong research and writing skills for pleadings and motions.

Responsibilities

• Handle family law cases from initial consultation through trial or settlement.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
• Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Maintain regular and professional communication with clients.
• Work collaboratively with firm attorneys while managing assigned matters.
