Associate Attorney Job Description
The primary function of this position will be to support senior attorneys and partners with their cases.This includes drafting motions and pleadings, assisting with discovery, performing legal research, and preparing for hearings and mediation.
While this is a support position, it will also be a learning position with the goal of preparing the associate attorney to transition into a senior attorney role.Associate attorneys will have the opportunity to attend court and mediation with senior attorneys to observe and, depending on the case and experience level required, possibly participate in those proceedings.Associate attorneys will also receive first-chair experience through court appointments in IV-D and CPS cases.

Qualifications
