Location:

Duties:

Manage a caseload of family law matters from start to finish

Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations

Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda

Communicate effectively with clients regarding case developments and legal strategy

Collaborate with legal staff to gather evidence and build strong case presentations

Adhere to firm processes while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of family law experience in Texas

Comfortable handling court appearances and mediations independently

Proven ability to manage a full docket of cases

Familiarity with case management systems and legal practice tools

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas

In good standing with the Texas State Bar
