Company Description

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Family Law Associate Attorney based in Carlsbad, CA. The associate attorney will be responsible for handling all aspects of family law cases, including but not limited to, drafting and reviewing legal documents and representing clients in motion hearings and trials.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar
• Previous experience in family law practice is highly desirable
