Represent clients in motion hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials

Conduct legal research to support case strategy and preparation

Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, advice, and manage expectations

Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure thorough case management

Requirements:
