Green & Spiegel Us is seeking a Full-time immigration assistant to support attorneys in managing cases at various stages, preparing petitions, and coordinating client communications.

The role requires strong organization, teamwork, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A Bachelor's degree is required, and candidates should be detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage caseload of immigration matters in various stages.
• Assist attorney and/or case manager in preparing petitions and applications.
• Draft client correspondence and communicate case information to clients.
• Review and organize client documentation and analyze case data.
• Assist with determining potential issues and planning case strategy.
• Maintain organized client files and monitor deadlines.
• Conduct research on USCIS and State Department procedures.
• Contribute to developing efficient practice processes.
• Work collaboratively with the team to prioritize workload.
• Maintain firm file maintenance and case management system.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned.
