Family Health Nurse – Addison

You will work in a variety of settings including office, clinics, mobile events, and in clients' homes.
Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with one to two days working until 7:00 pm and on a rotating basis for a total of 37.5 hours a week.

This position includes a paid training program that includes job shadowing, e-learning modules, and structured clinical supervision.
Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and one year of nursing experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Must be trained (within 6 months) as a Competent Professional Authority (CPA) as outlined for the WIC program.
Attendance at our on-site, paid HR orientation in Wheaton at our Central Public Health Center, is required.
