• On-site, paid HR orientation in Wheaton at the Central Public Health Center is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct public health nursing services to assigned caseload.
• Administer health care and nursing services in homes, clinics, schools, and community settings.
• Educate clients on health topics including perinatal care and breastfeeding.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate client care.
• Develop and implement care plans and provide immunizations and screenings.
