The coordinator collaborates with community partners and coalitions to strengthen workplace policies. The position requires a Bachelor's degree or 3 years in related work, strong training skills, and experience in adult education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood, education, social service, or related field or three years of relevant work.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience as a trainer in adult education

Responsibilities

• Recruit employers to participate in the Families are Good Business Survey and provide follow-up technical assistance.
• Participate in Kansas Power of the Positive Coalition.
• Report progress and barriers to statewide or local coalitions on a regular basis.
