Job summary

Kansas Children's Service League in Wichita, KS is seeking a full-time Family Friendly Workplace Coordinator to help local employers adopt family-friendly practices. The role offers a competitive wage up to $50,000 annually and a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional evenings and weekends.

You will recruit employers, deliver trainings (in person and virtual), and partner with community coalitions to track outcomes, report grant activities, and strengthen workplace policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood, education, social service, or related field or three years of relevant work.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience as a trainer in adult education.

Responsibilities

• Assist businesses by utilizing an employee survey and providing technical assistance for selecting and implementing family-friendly practices.
• Recruit employers to participate in Families are Good Business Survey and provide follow-up technical assistance.
• Coordinate with community and coalition partners to track program outcomes and prepare required reporting.
• Present trainings to recruit employers and deliver trainings in person and virtually.
