Job summary

Kansas Children’s Service League in Wichita, KS is seeking a dedicated Family Friendly Workplace Coordinator to lead employer engagement for the Family Friendly Workplace initiative. You will recruit employers, provide training, and support implementing family-friendly policies across organizations.

This full-time role includes travel and virtual trainings, with responsibilities to track outcomes, report results, and collaborate with coalitions to strengthen workplace practices while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood, education, social service, or related field or three years of relevant work.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience as a trainer in adult education.

Responsibilities

• Recruit employers to complete the Families are Good Business Survey, complete follow-up technical assistance with each employer.
• Participate in Kansas Power of the Positive Coalition.
• Report to the statewide or local coalitions on progress and any barriers.
• Present informational trainings to recruit employers.
• Provide trainings both face-to-face and virtually for community audiences.
• Work with state and national organizations around training and education issues.
• Work with statewide conference coordinator to assist with conference support.
