Job summary

Aqua-Tots Development is seeking a Part-Time Family Experience Teammate in Oklahoma City to support enrollment growth, family engagement, and front desk sales execution. You will help families compare programs, schedule tours, and promote seasonal promotions to ensure a high-quality Aqua-Tots experience.

The role offers flexible afternoons/evenings and weekend availability, with growth opportunities and a positive, team‑oriented environment. Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Enrollment & Sales – convert leads and guide families through options, schedules, and promotions.
• Manage Leads & Follow-Up – track inquiries, tours, and web leads with timely communication.
• Support Front Desk Sales Execution – reinforce sales practices and enroll conversations.
• Guide the Family Journey & Experience – deliver a welcoming, informative patient interaction.
• Track Performance & Results – monitor leads, conversions, and follow-ups to support goals.
