Job summary

Foster and Adoptive Care Coalition seeks a Family Enrichment & Volunteers Manager to plan family outings, coordinate giveaways, and lead volunteer programs. You will build strong relationships with volunteers and donors, manage registrations, and liaise with teams to ensure successful events.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, excellent communication, and proficient Excel/CRM use, with some weekend and weeknight commitments in Missouri.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven success with planning group outings or events.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with volunteers and/or donors.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience using CRMs (Salesforce preferred).
• Experience in the non-profit sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as staff lead for outings for families and youth, including logistics, registration, communications, and overseeing volunteers.
• Co-lead Back-to-School and Project Dream Dress giveaways, manage registrations and volunteers.
• Coordinate staff and volunteer assignments for fundraisers.
• Create and manage online registrations using Eventbrite and Salesforce.
• Communicate with clients, in-kind donors, and staff to arrange donation distribution of in-kind gifts.
• Input in-kind donations into Salesforce CRM.
• Cultivate relationships with volunteers and donors.
• Respond to inquiries from potential volunteers.
• Collaborate with Development and IT teams to produce newsletter content and collateral.
• Work ~15 weekend days and ~10 weeknights annually.
• Occasionally pick up/drop off in-kind donations.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and work well in a team.
• Ensure programs comply with laws and organizational policies.
