Job summary

The Foster Care Coalition of Greater St. Louis is seeking a Family Enrichment & Volunteer Manager to plan and execute outings and giveaways for clients, while building strong volunteer and donor networks.

The role requires adaptable, organized teamwork with occasional weekend and weeknight commitments and light donation duties. You will manage registrations with Eventbrite, maintain Salesforce records, and collaborate with Development and IT to communicate program news and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience planning group outings or events.
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive volunteer/donor relationships.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics for outings, manage registration, and supervise volunteers on event days.
• Co-lead Back-to-School and Project Dream Dress giveaways, manage registrations and communications.
• Coordinate staff/volunteer assignments for fundraisers.
• Create online registrations with Eventbrite and manage CRM data in Salesforce.
• Communicate with clients, donors, and staff to arrange in-kind donations.
• Input in-kind donations in Salesforce and cultivate donor relationships.
• Respond to inquiries from individuals/groups interested in volunteering.
• Collaborate with Development and IT to produce newsletters and website content.
• Work approximately 15 weekend days and 10 weeknights per year.
• Occasionally pick up/drop-off donations; lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
