Job summary

The Foster & Adoptive Care Coalition in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Family Enrichment & Volunteer Manager to plan and execute outings and giveaways for clients, while building relationships with volunteers and in-kind donors. You will coordinate registrations and ensure smooth event days, often working weekends and weeknights.

The role requires strong organizational skills, teamwork, and effective communication. IT skills include Salesforce and Eventbrite usage for donations and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Demonstrated success planning group outings or events.
• Ability to build and maintain volunteer and donor relationships.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM software and event registrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead outings for families and youth, including logistics and volunteer oversight.
• Co-lead Back-to-School and Project Dream Dress giveaways with registration and communications.
• Coordinate staff and volunteer assignments for Coalition fundraisers.
• Create and manage online registrations using Eventbrite and our CRM.
• Regularly communicate with clients, in-kind donors, and Coalition staff to arrange donations.
• Input in-kind donations received by clients in our CRM Salesforce.
• Cultivate relationships with volunteers and donors.
• Respond to general inquiries regarding volunteering.
• Collaborate with Development and IT on newsletters and site copy.
