The role includes assisting with enrollment, data handling, and connecting families to services, bus and lunch programs, and extra-curricular activities, while maintaining confidentiality and accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• One year experience with families and high school students.
• Arizona driver's license is required.
• Fingerprint clearance card required.
• Fluency in the language of the target population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with family engagement staff to plan parent workshops and events.
• Provide parental support to remove barriers to learning and support SEL goals.
• Connect families to staff, programs, and information for student success.
• Assist with enrollment, eligibility processes, and access to activities.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry as needed.
