Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher or equivalent education is required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, enroll, and maintain daily attendance of Head Start children and families.
• Develop partnerships with families, assess needs, and connect to resources.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and monitor child health status.
• Ensure child safety, report accidents and health concerns to supervisor.
• Engage parents and volunteers, coordinate meetings and activities.
• Participate in trainings and staff meetings and promote teamwork.
• Coordinate health-related activities for children and parents.
