Job summary

The Winsor School in Boston, MA seeks an Assistant Director of Family Engagement to strengthen connections among alumnae, parents, and families. Reporting to the Director of Engagement and Events, you will coordinate family programs, plan events, and lead volunteer efforts to build a more inclusive school community.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in engagement, events, or volunteer management, with experience using Raiser's Edge for Windows and NXT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in engagement, event, and volunteer management.
• Experience building and sustaining parent/family partnerships.
• Proficiency with constituent management systems (Raiser's Edge, NXT) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute family events and programs (Grandparent/Grandfriend dinners, New Families Welcome).
• Coordinate and manage volunteer programs and Parents Association activities.
• Collaborate with Communications to keep families informed and involved.
• Support budget tracking for parent and family programs.
