Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between families and school staff.
• Translate oral and written communications for parents.
• Make phone calls and conduct home visits.
• Coordinate translators for conferences.
• Communicate student and family needs to school staff.
• Plan and organize family engagement events (Open House, Back-to-School Picnics, Math/Reading Nights).
• Partner with community agencies to connect families with services.
• Review the School Parent Engagement Policy annually.
• Conduct parent surveys to improve programming.
• Promote welcoming environment for all families.
• Perform other duties as assigned by administrators.
