Job summary

Liberal High School is seeking a Testing Coordinator to manage assessment coordination in compliance with state, district, and federal requirements, ensuring integrity of testing programs and smooth operations across the campus.

This role involves creating calendars, coordinating tests, overseeing test sites, training staff, and handling materials and accommodations for IEP/504/ELL; occasional early hours during testing windows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Valid Kansas teaching or administrative license.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and student information systems.
• Strong communication skills with staff, students, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a comprehensive yearly testing calendar aligned with district/state windows.
• Coordinate standardized and building-wide tests and surveys, including pre-test logistics and post-test follow-up.
• Reserve and manage test sites (on and off campus) and oversee test-day procedures.
• Provide testing schedules and communications to staff.
• Administer makeup testing and ensure accommodations.
• Maintain documentation for trainings and testing policies.
• Distribute test results to stakeholders.
