Family 7 Foundations in Utah is seeking a motivated Family Education Coordinator (FEC) to serve families at risk of foster care involvement. The FEC works in homes across Utah, delivering 25 adaptive sessions on parenting, home safety, co-parenting and related topics, reporting weekly to DHHS caseworkers.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, education or related field; proficiency with Word and email; reliable transportation and a clean background check.

• Participate in gathering and interpreting data to have a data-driven program and continual quality improvement.
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all students.
• Maintain positive relationships with parents, children and case workers.
• Monitor progress of students.
• Remain compliant with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA.
• Ensure all students meet academic goals.
• Maintain attendance and travel records.

Family 7 Foundations is a contracted provider for the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). We are currently hiring Family Education Coordinators across the state. Must be located in or near Vernal, Utah.

The Family Education Coordinator (FEC) serves families that are at risk of losing their children to the foster care system. The primary mission of this position is to help parents gain needed skills in parenting, self-awareness, home environment, co-parenting, protecting children, and much more.

The Family Education Coordinator (FEC) serves in the homes of the families and teaches 25 adaptive sessions pertaining to: Parenting skills, home environment, safety in the home, and much more. Reports are sent to the DHHS caseworkers weekly.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree: Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, and Email
• Pass a background check through DHHS
• Reliable transportation
• Reliable computer

Responsibilities:
