Jewish Family & Children's Service of Arizona is seeking a Family Connections Consultant to foster therapeutic relationships with families identified by the Department of Child Safety. Responsibilities include providing home and community-based services, conducting observations, and assisting families in accessing resources. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant experience in social services, with a strong familiarity with the child welfare system. Qualifications

• One year of social services work experience required.
• Familiarity with the child welfare system strongly preferred.
• Experience working with children and families strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides home-based and community-based services in Maricopa & Pinal Counties.
• Observes children weekly and reports suspected abuse to DCS.
• Conducts home visits at times convenient for families.
