Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. seeks a family services professional to coordinate between classroom and home in education, child development, and mental health programs. You will verify family eligibility data, fill vacancies to maintain enrollment, and support outreach activities such as surveys and recruitment materials.

The role requires managing a caseload of 40–80 families, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, Human Services, Psychology or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in family social services setting preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literacy required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate as liaison between classroom and home in education, child development and mental health.
• Verify age and income of families per MAP procedures.
• Replace vacancies to maintain full enrollment.
• Assist with parent surveys and recruitment materials.
• Track attendance and record in computerized system.
• Welcome families and explain transitions into Head Start.
• Manage a caseload of 40–80 families.
• Provide ERSEA, Health and Disabilities, Family Partnerships and Involvement, and Community Partnerships.
• Record keeping and reporting.
