Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, psychology or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in family social services setting preferred.
• Knowledge of community resources for referrals to families in need of services.

Responsibilities

• Promote family wellness and parent involvement programs.
• Operate as liaison between classroom and home in education and child development.
• Verify age and income of families according to procedures.
• Replace vacancies to ensure center maintains full enrollment.
• Assist with preparation and mailing of parent surveys and recruitment materials.
• Track attendance of children in caseload and record in the computerized system.
