Mncsf is seeking a Family Services Specialist I to manage a caseload of under 30 and work with diverse families. The role emphasizes enrollment, eligibility verification, and coordination of community resources, with a focus on Head Start/EHS programs.

The candidate will engage families through campus meetings and trainings. Responsibilities include community engagement, health and nutrition education, data tracking, and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 3+ years’ experience in family/services or equivalent.
• Must pass health screenings, background checks, and immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit families and achieve enrollment targets; track recruitment activities.
• Present resources and coordinate referrals with campus meetings.
• Maintain enrollment eligibility records and attendance tracking.
• Ensure 90% attendance through collaboration with campus staff.
• Provide health, nutrition, and family support services, with timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate family engagement activities and parent trainings.
