Qualifications

• MSW required or equivalent with relevant coursework.
• Preferred: autism/behavioral health, systems of care training.
• 2 years of experience dealing with child maltreatment or equivalent.
• Experience with care coordination, resource navigation, and family supports.

Responsibilities

• Provides consultation, care coordination, and resource navigation to individuals, families, educators, providers, and community partners.
• Develops resources, educational materials, and tools to strengthen statewide systems of care.
• Collaborates with schools, healthcare systems, state agencies, and community organizations to improve access to services.
• Documents and tracks services, outcomes, and referrals in core systems.
• Supports evaluation, quality improvement, and reporting activities related to program impact.
