Qualifications

• Master degree in a mental health field including a clinical training and practicum.
• At least three years of experience in child and family mental health, education, child welfare, or juvenile justice, with two years in supervision or management.
• Broad clinical practice in family, child, behavior, individual, or crisis intervention/stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Design, direct, coordinate, and supervise delivery of program services to children, adolescents, and families.
• Provide leadership in developing innovative and effective delivery of program services.
• Ensure clinical competence through orientation, training, and performance management of staff.
• Intervene in crisis situations to provide immediate assistance.
• Oversee department productivity and market to ensure referrals to the department.
• Assist in developing cost-effective, accurate program budgets for assigned services.
• Support recruitment and retention strategies to ensure appropriate staffing.
