Responsabilités

• Design, direct, coordinate, and supervise delivery of program-related services to children, adolescents, and their families.
• Provide leadership in developing innovative and effective delivery of program services.
• Verify current and ongoing clinical competence via orientation, training, and performance management.
• Intervene to provide immediate crisis assistance.
• Oversee productivity and market referrals to the Department.
• Collaborate to develop cost-effective and accurate program budgets for assigned services.
• Support recruitment and retention ensuring appropriate staffing for assigned services.
