Achieva in Washington County seeks a Parenting Support Professional to assist families where parents have intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will help chart goals and support parenting while coordinating with family members to promote growth and life goals.

The role emphasizes development of Person-Centered plans, IFSP/IEP collaboration, and maintaining documentation. On-site responsibilities and a strong benefits package accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or Social Science and one year of related experience.
• Effective communication, organizational, interpersonal, and planning skills required.
• Satisfactory Act 33 and 34 clearances and FBI clearance as required.
• Valid PA driver's license and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate development of Person-Centered plans and ISP.
• Assist in IFSP/IEP development for family and children.
• Support health, safety, and rights while respecting openness to risk.
• Build relationships with families and the community to expand opportunities.
• Complete required documentation and report changes to supervision.
