Job summary

SPARC in North Carolina seeks a Family Centered Treatment Trainer to support training, certification, and ongoing development of Practitioners delivering the FCT model in Burke and Caldwell counties. This full-time role blends coaching, fidelity oversight, and direct services to families.

The position requires Level 1 FCT Practitioner certification, a bachelor’s in a human services field, and at least two years of experience with children and adolescents in mental health.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with children/adolescents in mental health.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field.
• Level 1 FCT Practitioner certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of the System of Care for children and families.

Responsibilities

• Participate in interviews for Practitioner candidates and onboarding.
• Assess Practitioner training needs and build development plans.
• Provide field supervision and consultation to Practitioners with frequency based on development.
• Oversee field-based check-offs using observation and video review.
• Coordinate with teams for regional events and logistics.
• Provide billable direct services as directed by the Operations Director.
