Responsibilities

• Provide clinical interventions per treatment plan.
• Assist in building client support networks and liaise with agencies.
• Complete required documentation and reports.
• Coordinate referrals and transportation as needed.
• Schedule supervision and observations per policy.
• Attend required clinic meetings and testify in court if required.
• Support client attendance at medication evaluations and follow-ups.
• Other duties as assigned.
