Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified or licensed in Arkansas as a counselor with applicable credentials.
• Knowledgeable about state rules and regulations governing behavioral health.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and provide quality client care.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of clients and provide therapeutic services.
• Develop short- and long-term family goals with measurable outcomes.
• Attend and participate in team meetings as requested.
• Complete thorough documentation including treatment plans and progress notes.
• Pursue QBHP certification; complete required trainings.
• Work flexible hours including evenings and some weekends.
