Job summary

The Centers in Rogers, AR is seeking an experienced FCT Supervisor to educate, support, and supervise a team of clinicians delivering family-centered services. You will oversee certification processes, ensure fidelity to FCT standards, and coordinate training activities with the Master Trainer.

You will lead weekly supervision meetings, monitor caseloads, and collaborate with HR on staff recruitment. A Master’s degree, state license, and clinical experience are required for this full-time role.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or other human services related field.
• Hold an active, state-issued license in their professional discipline (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, etc).
• Experience providing clinical services to clients.
• Minimum two years' experience in mental health, social work or related fields, preferably with a focus on family systems and in-home services

Responsibilities

• The FCT Supervisor will supervise a team of up to nine full-time FCT Clinicians.
• Face-to-face supervision occurs weekly; individual staffing with each clinician at least every other week.
• Oversee training and certification processes for FCT Clinicians on the team.
• Monitor data and documentation to ensure adherence and fidelity goals are met.
• Provide training to address developmental needs of staff as needed.
• Collaborate with management/HR to recruit and select new clinicians.
• Monitor caseloads through Open Case Review and assist referral department with case assignment.
• Provide a weekly Team Summary to management detailing issues or concerns and billable hours.
