Job summary

The Center for Children & Families is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to manage treatment teams, develop community partnerships, and advocate for clients. You will support the director and CCO in program decisions and direction.

Role requires a Master’s degree in relevant field, licensure, supervisor status, and strong communication, integrity, and interpersonal skills to work with diverse staff and clients.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, counseling, or social work.
• Fully licensed mental health professional with the appropriate state board.
• Approved supervisor status with the appropriate state board.
• High integrity and strong work ethic.
• Ability to coordinate diverse tasks and work with varied personalities.
• Solid understanding of Center's policies and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to Center's values and mission.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative services including referrals, partnerships, billing, advocacy, and contracts.
• Review clinician notes for accuracy and completeness.
• Review, approve, and submit weekly invoices from clinicians.
• Assist directors with public relations with partners and referral sources.
• Collaborate with community partners and manage staff interactions.
• Assist program development and daily duties for the director.
• Interview, hire, retain, and train staff.
• Prepare and distribute assigned documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
