Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking an FCT Clinician in Rogers, Arkansas for a hybrid position. Staff will provide structured, goal oriented Family Centered Treatment in the natural environment to families who need assistance recovering from issues surrounding substance abuse, mental illness, and abuse.

Duties include developing family goals, attending weekly supervision, documenting treatment plans and progress, pursuing FCTF certification, and managing a caseload with a mix of FCT and non-FCT

Qualifications

• College degree in psychology, sociology or related field.
• Two years related experience preferred.
• Northwest Arkansas area, including Rogers, Fayetteville, Bentonville, and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities

• Development of short and long-term family goals with measurable outcomes.
• Attend weekly case review supervision.
• Provide thorough documentation including treatment plans, progress notes, monthly reports and assessments.
• The FCT Clinician will complete training and make consistent progress toward achieving certification from the Family Centered Treatment Foundation (FCTF).
• Family Centered Treatment requires two, multi-hour sessions a week with each family system.
• A FCT Clinician is expected to spend an average of 6 hours a week with each client family.
• Maintain a caseload of an average of five, FCT-referred families, with a mixed caseload until full FCT caseload is achieved.
• Work schedule is flexible and may include evenings and weekends.
