PsychPros, Inc. in Cincinnati is seeking a full-time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to deliver Family Centered Treatment (FCT) to children and families with complex behavioral health needs.

The therapist will provide in-home and community-based therapy, developing treatment plans, assessments, and crisis intervention. You will maintain a small caseload with two multi-hour sessions per family weekly, collaborate with child and family teams, and connect families to community resources.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
• Active LPC licensure.
• Experience working with children and families.
• Strong clinical, assessment, crisis intervention, and documentation skills.
