About Play, LLC is seeking an Early Interventionist to serve Beaufort, Colleton, and Jasper counties in South Carolina. The role focuses on delivering family-centered early intervention services for birth to six years old with developmental delays or disabilities.

Responsibilities include in-home or natural environment coaching, family training, and development of strategies to support child growth. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1 year relevant experience; travel 50-75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 1 year of documented experience with children birth to six.
• Experience as an early interventionist preferred or recent graduate with related degree.
• Willingness for on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Provide family-centered early intervention services to families with infants and toddlers with delays or disabilities.
• Perform family training with the caregiver and child in home, daycare or natural environment.
• Provide training, education, and support to families in child development and parenting.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote child development.
• Monitor progress of the child and family.
