Job summary

JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking a Family Transportation Aide in Monroe County, PA. The role provides safe, reliable transportation for children and families, coordinating with caregivers and community partners to access medical, social, and school services.

This is a full-time, hourly position with the KidsFirst approach guiding services. Responsibilities include transporting clients, securing children in restraints, maintaining a clean vehicle, and delivering courteous, compassionate service

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Access to a vehicle.
• Ability to pass all required clearances.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening.
• Availability to work non‑traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport children and families to appointments and services.
• Assist clients in securing children in approved safety restraints as needed.
• Help families transport personal belongings when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle.
• Provide courteous, respectful, and compassionate service.
• Use a personal vehicle or a JusticeWorks company vehicle when available, depending on office assignment.
