Positions offer a flexible schedule, paid training including CPR and First Aid, and a pathway to meaningful work in a community-based setting. Compensation is hourly and in-person engagements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must live in Arizona.
• Must be willing to complete a background check.
• Must complete required training (provided at no cost to you).
• Must be confirmed in the DDD system before starting.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home support to someone enrolled in the DDD program.
• Follow onboarding steps and participate in provided training.
