Journey Services LLC is seeking caring and dedicated Direct Support Professionals to join our growing team in Mesa, AZ. Our DSPs work with individuals with developmental and physical disabilities and the elderly in their homes and out in the community, providing support and companionship.

This role is great for re-entry, students, or anyone seeking flexible, part-time hours. Training, background checks, and a supportive team environment are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Obtain a Class-1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Obtain CPR, First Aid and Article 9 certifications.
• Reliable Transportation with proof of Arizona Driver's License, current vehicle registration and insurance.
• Ability to transport members in own vehicle as needed.

Responsabilités

• Encourage independence and self-advocacy.
• Assist with personal goals such as communication and daily living skills.
• Provide a positive, safe environment for learning and fun.
• Engage in activities in-home or in the community.
• Transport individuals to community outings and events.
• Assist with lifting and wheelchair use.
