Caring Minds Health Services LLC in Arizona is hiring Paid Family Providers for our DDD program. You will provide essential support to someone you care for while earning compensation on a flexible schedule. The role is in-person, with pay of $15.50 to $18.00 per hour.

Training is provided, and benefits include sick pay and a clear onboarding process. Applicants must be 18+, reside in Arizona, pass a background check, and be confirmed in the DDD system; no prior caregiving experience is required

  5. Assistance obtaining a Fingerprint Clearance Card if you do not already have one

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must live in Arizona
• Must be willing to complete a background check
• Must complete required training (provided at no cost to you)
• Must be confirmed in the DDD system before starting. If you are not yet confirmed, we will help guide you through the process.

Start Date:

You can begin workingas soon as training is completed, and your DDD provider's status is confirmed.
